This dish is the perfect dish to serve as a side dish or as a main dish for a meal or dinner party.
It comes together in a matter of minutes and is incredibly easy to prepare.
Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds beef brisket, cut into cubes 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon rice wine 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon minced ginger 1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/3 teaspoon ground coriander 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/6 teaspoon ground cumin 1/5 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/16 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon flour, plus more for dusting 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or more to taste) Directions In a large pot, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, rice wine, sesame and 1 tablespoon of cornstech.
Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
While the brisket is cooking, stir in the garlic and ginger.
Season the briskett with the remaining cornsteches, salt and pepper.
Cook the briskets for about 5 minutes, or until the briskettes are browned and crisp.
Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Meanwhile, whisk the garlic, ginger, red chili and cayanne pepper in a large bowl until fragrant.
Add the remaining ingredients to the beef briskets and mix well.
Stir the briskette mixture into the beef mixture, mixing well to combine.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Season with more soy sauce and salt and adjust seasonings if needed.
Serve with your favorite Korean BBQ or Thai Chicken Stew or rice. 3.2.2925
